The Creating Successful Outcomes Recognition Program is an initiative of the Regina Board of Education.

Its purpose is to allow the Board to formally recognize members of the public that have made significant contributions to their public school communities and to the students of those school communities. The focus of the Program is on contributions through the work of school community councils, (SCCs), but also the recognition of the efforts of other, non-SCC volunteers.
