JUNE 3, 2020 -- Driver Education summer classes for Regina Public high school students will be held online between July 6-31, 2020. Students must be 15 years of age to register before classes begin. To register, please review and complete the program information and application form, as well as the MySGI account information found below. Students will be notified via their @rbe.sk.ca email account if they have been accepted into the course.

Regina Public Schools remain committed to supporting the well-being of our students and we continue to encourage families and students to take the time to pause and to ensure they are taking care of themselves.
MARCH 19, 2020 -- As of Friday, March 20, 2020, all classes in Regina Public Schools will be suspended indefinitely and school buildings will be closed until further notice. Please continue to check our website and twitter feed (@regpublicschool) for news and updates.

March 18, 2020 -- Message from Director of Education, Greg Enion.
Over the past few days, our everyday routines of school, work and learning have been first disrupted and now cancelled. As many of us are parents, we too have had many of the feelings of uncertainty and concern.
The absence of information often creates anxiety. To keep all our school families informed. I would like to share some information that your school division does have. Please know that we do not yet have any information relating to what's next for students, especially those requiring credits, or who are graduating this year. My promise to you is that we will share this information, the moment we have it.

MAY 22, 2020 -- Are you or do you know an exceptional Grade 11 student who will be graduating from Grade 12 in 2021? Twelfth Year Photography is now accepting nominations and applications for Twelfth Year Ambassadors. Chosen students (a maximum of four per high school in Regina) will receive a complimentary photo shoot and a chance to win a $1,000 bursary.

May 7, 2020 -- The Government of Saskatchewan announced today that In-class learning will be suspended in Saskatchewan until at least September, 2020.
What this means for Regina Public Schools students and families is that our Supplemental Learning Plan will continue until the end of the school year. In-school classes will not resume by the end of June.
Each weekday (not Good Friday or Easter Monday) the Salvation Army Food Truck will be parked in the Thomson Community School parking lot (2033 Toronto Street) to distribute bagged lunches to any student or family. Students/families should line up in single file and remember to social distance. On Fridays students/families will also be able to take home a bag of non-perishable weekend food items.
